With the expansion of their business into both Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer, especially in the e-commerce sector, DSUPREME faced a challenge regarding order fulfillment and inventory management. They were handling a high volume of orders daily, and everything was being managed manually. This manual approach led to occasional errors and confusion regarding order and inventory statuses due to frequent order changes and storage location shifts.
To address these challenges, DSUPREME implemented MOLOG WMS, which greatly improved various aspects of their operations. This included features like Scan In, Put Away, Scan Pick, and streamlined delivery. Moreover, MOLOG WMS seamlessly integrated with marketplaces, allowing DSUPREME to directly retrieve orders.
One significant improvement was in the picking and packing process, which became more convenient, accurate, and efficient. This resulted in DSUPREME being able to process a higher volume of orders, reduce turnaround times, and ultimately enhance their overall operational efficiency.
