We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a socially adept individual, especially someone with a background in logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting leads into opportunities. Your ability to build and maintain customer relationships is crucial, as is your strategic thinking for outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Social Engagement:
- Actively engage in social networking to generate leads.
- Identify and pursue potential leads within the logistics industry.
- Follow-Up and Customer Maintenance:
- Implement consistent follow-up strategies to convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Data Acquisition:
- Collaborate effectively with pre-sales, CEO, and in-house teams to streamline processes.
- Gather and organize customer data for pre-sales initiatives.
- Presentation and Communication:
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills to effectively communicate product offerings and benefits.
- Engage customers in discussions, showcasing the value proposition effectively.
- Strategic Sales Planning:
- Employ strategic thinking to drive both outbound and inbound sales initiatives.
- Develop plans to penetrate new markets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Professionalism and Persistence:
- Exhibit professionalism and a positive public image to represent the company effectively.
- Demonstrate resilience and persistence in achieving sales targets.
- Financial Documentation and Follow-Up:
- Prepare and present price quotations as per customer requirements.
- Ensure diligent follow-up on invoicing until complete payment collection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the logistics industry preferred.
